When you submit the contact form we collect what you type: your name, email, company, message, and the persona-specific details you choose to share (capacity interest, timeline, check-size band, representation). We also store a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention; we do not store the raw address with your inquiry.
We use your submission to respond to you. Lead details are visible to the BlackGrid team and may be shared with our named partners (ES Development & Management, Prime Solves) when that is what responding to you requires. We do not sell or rent your information.
The site uses a session cookie for security (form protection) and, for administrators, login. There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party analytics in this version of the site.
Lead notifications are delivered through Postmark, our transactional email provider, which processes the message content for delivery purposes only.
We keep inquiries for as long as they are commercially relevant. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it via the contact form or by replying to any email from us.
We may update this policy; the effective date above changes when we do.
